Christmas orders

Christmas order processing time is approximately 7 - 10 days for memorial/cremation jewellery and 3 - 5 days for all other jewellery.

My last posting date this year is Thursday 19th December. I will need to receive your ashes/hair no later than Thursday 12th December to guarantee posting by the 19th.

Welcome to my website! My processing time at the moment for memorial jewellery is approximately 2 weeks once I receive your special ashes/hair. Non memorial jewellery is taking approximately 5-7 business days and jewellery that does need hallmarking can take 2-3 weeks. Emails are sent automatically when you make a purchase but I am being made aware that many of you are not receiving them. Please check your spam/junk folder as they can end up there.
